Optional inspection items could include detached buildings, termite inspections, irrigation systems, pools, spas, private wells, and infrared thermography.
Best practice: The buyers and buyer’s agent. We encourage buyers and their agents to be present toward the end of the inspection to go over all findings and to understand the condition of the property.
Yes, we do! We check for safety recalls through CPSC. You will also be updated monthly about recalls via email.
