A Texas-licensed Professional Inspector since 2002, Rodney holds a Commercial Technician license with the Texas Department of Agriculture and many certifications, including Level One Building Science Thermographer. With 6 years serving on the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors San Antonio board, he’s a Certified Inspection Expert with HIN and a member of InterNACHI, with the designation of Master Inspector. Memberships include ICC, TPREIA, SABOR, FRAR, and WCR.
As a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed instructor, Rodney provides mandatory Continuing Education and CEs for elective courses.
