Every home has unique features and challenges and the overall assessment will include additional areas.

Optional inspection items could include detached buildings, termite inspections, irrigation systems, pools, spas, private wells, and infrared thermography.

Best practice: The buyers and buyer’s agent. We encourage buyers and their agents to be present toward the end of the inspection to go over all findings and to understand the condition of the property.

Yes, we do! We check for safety recalls through CPSC. You will also be updated monthly about recalls via email.

Yes! Your inspection is covered by a 200% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the inspection, we will refund 100% of your inspection fee. PLUS, we will pay for another licensed inspector of your choosing to reinspect your home.
